The hotel has very spacious rooms with good air conditioning heating, but some security concerns with the balcony doors not locking properly. The service is friendly and professional, but there were issues with overflowing showers. The location is perfect for sightseeing in Madaba and exploring Jordan, with convenient transportation options. The dining experience is nice with a good selection, although it may not suit children or non-adventurous types. The facilities are satisfactory overall.
